Our Approach 

Professionals and students in the 21st century face an increasingly competitive work force. Gone are the days when earning a bachelor’s degree all but guaranteed a stable, full-time job with good pay for the average university graduate. On the contrary, most workers today can expect to start their career with a succession of short-term contracts, and to change careers seven to twenty times throughout their working lives.
 
Rather than seeing this as an unwelcome change, we at MentorU embrace the diversity. We embody the belief that “passion is the result of action, not the cause of it”. By taking action, remaining open-minded and pursuing their authentic selves in their careers, people are better positioned to eventually find work that truly inspires them. This, in turn, inspires those around them. Our goal is to help students and professionals build their sense of personal agency (confidence, self-awareness and motivation) and adaptability (creativity, critical thinking, interpersonal skills and resilience) to help them create meaningful lives for themselves.
